The DUO platform uses electric fields from 2
adjacent nanopores to capture DNA molecules. Precise voltage
control regulates the speed and direction of the captured
DNA molecule, enabling repeated reads over long stretches
of the genome.
Instrumentation supporting fully automated workflows,
including sample prep, are in development.
